Each PTA is required to hold insurance. The insurance provider in Maryland is the Association Insurance Management, Inc. (AIM)
PTA Insurance needs to be paid by July 1 of each year. HCPS will not allow PTAs to reserve or use school system facilities if you do not have insurance.
If you delay paying insurance, your PTA WILL NOT be insured. A delay in payment will result in a lapse in coverage.
